TERMS & CONDITIONS
DEPOSITS
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking for brows, nails, lash, and in-studio makeup appointments only.
Deposits are non-refundable, however they may be transferred to a new date if Beauty By Adayah is notified at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
BRIDAL CONTRACTS
All bridal clients are required to sign a contract via email to confirm their appointments. Prices are subject to change; only contracted rates will be honoured.
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking and will be applied toward your appointment. If a booking is cancelled, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 1 Month of the wedding date will incur the full fee.
If you choose to reduce your booked services after the deposit has been paid, the original total price will still apply. Any additional services requested on the day will be charged separately.
Trial sessions are in-studio only.
Mobile services on the day of the event require a minimum booking of 3 people.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving 10 minutes late may result in cancellation, with the deposit forfeited and the full service fee charged.
CANCELLATIONS
Appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. Failing to do so will result in the full service fee being charged.
HEALTH & SAFTEY
For the safety of all clients:
Please reschedule if experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms.
Appointments must be cancelled if you have contagious eye or skin conditions (including styes or cold sores).
