A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your training date. Your booking will only be confirmed once the deposit has been successfully received. The remaining balance is due on the day of your scheduled training, prior to the commencement of your course.

Once your deposit has been received, you will receive confirmation of your booking and training details. Training bookings are personal to the individual who made the booking and cannot be transferred to another person.

All course fees and deposits are non-refundable.

Beauty by Adayah Academy does not offer refunds, partial refunds or compensation once a booking or enrolment has been made. This applies regardless of the circumstances, including illness, change of mind, change in personal circumstances, dissatisfaction with the course, failure to meet course requirements or benchmarks, or individual results or outcomes.

By booking or enrolling in a course, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

For courses that include pre-course online content, students are required to complete 100% of the required material before attending their scheduled in-person training.

Completing the pre-course content is an essential part of your learning and ensures you have the foundational knowledge required for your practical training.

Failure to complete the required pre-course content may affect your ability to participate in training and receive certification.

Students are expected to actively participate throughout their training and demonstrate an understanding of the techniques and skills taught. Certification is provided once the required course components and practical benchmarks have been successfully completed.

Completion of a course does not guarantee a particular level of skill, client results, income or business success. Continued practice and development following training is the responsibility of the student.

All course materials provided by Beauty by Adayah Academy, including workbooks, PDFs, videos, images, demonstrations and other educational content, remain the intellectual property of Beauty by Adayah. These materials are provided for the enrolled student's personal educational use and must not be copied, reproduced, shared, distributed, resold or used to create or deliver training for others without written permission.

Students are welcome to use the knowledge and skills gained through training within their own business, however the original course content and materials may not be reproduced or claimed as their own.

Beauty by Adayah Academy aims to provide a professional, respectful and supportive learning environment. Students are expected to behave respectfully towards the educator, models and other students throughout their training.

Recording, reproducing or distributing course content, demonstrations or educational materials without permission is not permitted. Inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour may result in the training being ended without a refund.

Where a course includes online learning, access to the course content will be provided following successful enrolment and payment. Course access is intended for the enrolled student only and login details must not be shared with another person.

Beauty by Adayah Academy reserves the right to update or improve course content, resources and materials from time to time to ensure students receive the most relevant learning experience.
