A 50% deposit is required to secure all brows, lashes, nails and in-studio makeup appointments.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment date if at least 48 hours’ notice is provided.

All bridal clients are required to sign a bridal contract via email to confirm their booking.

Prices are subject to change. Only contracted rates will be honoured.

Cancellations within one month of the wedding date will incur the full booking fee.

If services are reduced after the deposit has been paid, the original booking total remains payable.

Additional services requested on the wedding day will be charged separately.

Mobile wedding bookings require a minimum booking of three people.

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled, with the deposit forfeited and the full service fee charged.

Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment time will incur the full service fee.

• Appointments cannot proceed if you have a contagious eye or skin condition, including styes or cold sores.
